How do I place an order?

Set your delivery location so you only see stores that reach you, pick a restaurant or shop, add items to your cart, then go to checkout to confirm and place the order. You can browse anonymously and sign in with your phone number only when you are ready to order.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with Cash on Delivery or your in-app Magau Wallet store credit, in Nepalese Rupees with taxes shown before checkout. Online payment gateways may be added later, but are not available yet.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is on the way, open the order screen in the app to follow your rider live on the map, from the store to your door.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancellation windows and how refunds work are explained on our Cancellations and Refunds page. Approved refunds are issued as credit to your Magau Wallet.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can request account and data deletion at any time. Our Account and Data Deletion page explains the steps and what happens to your information.

How do I change the language?

Magau works in नेपाली and English. Open the app settings to switch between the two at any time, and every screen and notification follows your choice.

Which areas does Magau deliver to?

You only see stores that actually deliver to your chosen pin, so what shows up is what you can order. Coverage keeps expanding as more vendors and riders join.
